A safe space to talk about death, dying and life - grief and bereavement support in nature
"Death is not the opposite of life, but part of it"
My background is in bereavement support and end of life care. As well as supporting those working in Nature recovery I also offer conversations and support amongst nature to anyone needing that time.
Receiving news about dying, that you may have less time than you thought, that someone you love is beginning to leave, can be incredibly hard. Having conversations with those around you can be fraught with tension, you can end up managing others pain, which can get in the way of your need to share and create endings.
We can work together to create space where these conversations are planned or possible, where you can think about the person who is dying, how you want to die; who you would like to be with you, where you would like to be, with music, or poetry or birdsong...
We can have conversations about your funeral, where you would like to be buried or scattered, or help medical science. We can think about everything you have brought into the world and the things you wish you'd done or not done. Tying up loose ends, writing letters to close or distant ones, just sitting or walking and talking.

“Jen taught me so much about a subject I thought I was already an expert on: myself!”
