About Me

Hi, I’m Jen

I have a passion for empowering people to reconnect with themselves, our natural world, and in finding their intrinsic part in rewilding our glorious ecosystem.

I’ve worked in grief and bereavement across many sectors for my whole career.

Helping people to find choice in situations where there is seemingly none and empowering them to make change.

Using these skills and my passion for Nature, I support environmental professionals to acknowledge their challenges around ecological grief, re-find their why, micro-dose on hope and plan their what.

Reminding us all to breathe deep, sniff trees and remembering who we are and how powerful, compassionate and wonderful we are when we have the energy, back-up and resources on our side.
