Are you a woman working in Nature or ecology? Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, just needing some reflective time to regroup? Careers, caring for others, having to shout louder, pandemics, menopause, divorce, juggling and struggling all take their toll. I'm committed to giving women the space and time to be.  By having an Emotional MOT when you need it, after or before a significant life event, around menopause or when you just need some time for you, can feel incredible.

We all know in theory that we should be carving out time for ourselves, but sometimes we need an external commitment to doing so to make it happen. We probably spend more time and money ensuring our car runs smoothly than our own, very precious mind and body.
