Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will last as long as life lasts. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature - the assurance that dawn comes after night, and Spring after Winter
Rachel Carson
You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world's problems at once but don't ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own.

“Until meeting Jen, I didn't have words for this big heavy feeling that I've been carrying in my heart. Listening to her speak about ecological grief and how to care for both ourselves and our struggling wee planet, allowed me the space to acknowledge a deep sense of sadness and loss whilst feeling supported and held by a healing wisdom. Her tips on micro-dosing hope have been invaluable to me - this practice is something I now try to include in my day-to-day."
